At Parth Hospital, we consider Psychotherapy to be a main pillar to improve mental health and to enhance the way a person is able to cope with stressful situations in life. We don’t want you to be dependent on us for seeking solutions. By providing personalised psychotherapy services to our patients, we enable them to take the steps in the right direction. The most widely used form of therapy is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. To give you an overview of the process:

There is no “Right-Wrong”, or any “Absolute” way of viewing the situation in CBT. The therapist aims to enable the patient to look at each aspect from a “productivity” point of view.
This helps the patient to understand the “what works best in this situation” approach.
The number of sessions of CBT depend upon:
Usually 6-10 sessions are required, each session lasting from 45-60 minutes.
Sessions are spaced, generally, at an interval of 2-3 sessions/week.
